What conditions do I need to return the order?

We value each case individually, but as a general rule, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. It should not be used or damaged, and it must retain the tags and accessories included in the box.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

If you wish to make a return, the shipping cost (€5.95) must be paid by the customer, except in cases of incomplete orders or defective items, where the return costs will be covered by us.

How do I need to prepare my return?

Place the purchase receipt at the bottom of the box. If you purchased multiple items, underline the one you are returning.

Place the product inside the box and check that everything is in order before closing it.
