How do I use a promotional code?
- Add the products to your cart and log in.
- Before completing the purchase, enter your code in the corresponding field.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, you just need to:
- Select "Send to a different address" in the Shipping Information step.
- Add the recipient's details.
- (Optional) Include a dedication of up to 250 characters.
- Don't worry: we don't include invoices in gifts, but we will notify you by email when it is shipped.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
