The Quality Policy established by the General Management of VIGAR consists of providing an adequate service to the needs of each customer through an orderly management of the entire human and technical structure of the company. To this end, the following guidelines are established:

- Increase sales through a greater variety of products and quality that meet customer needs.
- Provide the necessary means for this policy to be communicated and kept up to date within the organization.
