If you wish to make a return, the shipping cost (€5.95) must be paid by the customer, except in cases of incomplete orders or defective items, where the return costs will be borne by us.

How do I have to prepare my return?

Place the purchase receipt at the bottom of the box. If you bought several items, underline the one you are returning.

Place the product inside the box and check that everything is in order before closing it.
