What is the return period for my order?
You have a period of 15 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. If you have any questions or need to make the request, our Customer Service team is available to help you.

What should I do if I want to return a product?

Within approximately 24/48 hours from when you notify your return, our carrier will contact you to coordinate the pickup at the location indicated in the return form.
Under what conditions should I return the order?
We evaluate each case individually, but as a general rule, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. It must not be used or damaged, and must retain the tags and accessories included in the box.
Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
At Vigar, we value the trust you place in us by choosing our products. Therefore, we work to ensure your satisfaction. If you wish to make a return, the shipping cost (€5.95) must be paid by the customer, except in cases of incomplete orders or defective items, where the return costs will be borne by us.
How do I have to prepare my return?
We want your return to be as easy as possible. You only need to:
Use the original box in which you received the order.
Place the purchase receipt at the bottom of the box. If you bought several items, underline the one you are returning.
Place the product inside the box and check that everything is in order before closing it.

How will I know that the return of my order has been completed?
Once we receive the items and check their condition, we will proceed to refund the full amount to your credit card. The time it takes for the refund to appear will depend on your bank's conditions; it may take up to about 10 days.
We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been made. We would love for you to keep your order, but if you decide to return it, we want to make sure you at least have a good experience with us.
Can I return or exchange my online store order at another point of sale that sells the Vigar brand?
To guarantee the return process and comply with our quality standards, we need you to follow our procedure and no returns or exchanges are to be made at other points of sale.
