What is the return period for my order?
You have a period of 15 days from the time you receive your order to request a return. If you have any questions or need to make the request, our Customer Service team is available to help you.

What should I do if I want to return a product?

Within approximately 24/48 hours from when you notify your return, our carrier will contact you to coordinate the pickup at the location indicated in the return form.
What conditions do I need to return the order?
We value each case individually, but as a general rule, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. It should not be used or damaged, and it must retain the tags and accessories included in the box.
Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
At Vigar, we value the trust you place in us by choosing our products. Therefore, we work to ensure your satisfaction. If you wish to make a return, the shipping cost (€5.95) must be paid by the customer, except in cases of incomplete orders or defective items, where the return costs will be covered by us.
How do I need to prepare my return?
We want your return to be as easy as possible. You only need to:
Use the original box in which you received the order.
Place the purchase receipt at the bottom of the box. If you purchased multiple items, underline the one you are returning.
Place the product inside the box and check that everything is in order before closing it.

How will I know that the return of my order has been completed?
Once we receive the items and check their condition, we will proceed to refund the total amount to your credit card. The time it takes for the refund to reflect will depend on your bank's policies, it may take up to about 10 days.
